Inventory (Dec-2016 to Current)

a)       Reporting of Actual Consumption for the Month.

b)       Highlight & correction of errors relating actual consumption.

c)       Overview of raw materials and finish goods on daily basis.

d)      Monthly Item Issuance from store to their relevant expenses & assets heads.

e)       Supervision of store in charges.

f)        Daily reconciliation of imported physical stock with Ledger.

g)       Checking and forwarding purchase vouchers to audit relating stores & finished goods (local & import).

h)       Coordination with plant managers relating production, purchase & distribution of gases.

i)        Monthly reconciliation of purchase & production with sales of finished goods.

j)        Recording all financial entries of local & import.

k)       Checking and reconciling of import files.

l)        Ensure all sales tax input against supplies in its relevant month.

m)     Monthly Stock take of store.

n)       Assist auditor in their quires (internal & external).

o)       Any other requirement by GM finance & CFO related to store financials.

Receivables (Since Oct-2015 to Dec-2016)

a)       Creating and Checking of Sales Order.

b)       Preparing Sales Invoices.

c)       Reconciliation of sales data Monthly and weekly bases.

d)      Preparing RCV, RAV and completing the vouchers with bank statement.

e)       Arranging all documents related to deliveries (TDS).

f)        Forwarding Invoices to Marketing department and keep update record of forwarded invoices.

g)       Filling of all documents, (Invoices, RCV, RAV, BRV and Jvs).

2)       3 years teaching experience of Intermediate classes in Stars College Shahdara, Lahore.

3)       3 years management experience at Stars College Shahdara, Lahore.
